This policy defines the payment and refund terms for services provided by IDEA-FIX web studio, including educational programs, consultations, website development, SEO and other digital services.

1. Payment for services

1.1. All services are provided on the basis of 100% prepayment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2. Payment is made by bank transfer, through the payment systems listed on the website or to the provider’s business account.
1.3. After payment is confirmed, the client receives access to the relevant service or work on the project begins.

2. Refunds for educational services

2.1. A refund may be possible only if the customer informs the provider about cancellation no later than 48 hours before the start of training.
2.2. After the course has started, refunds are not provided, regardless of the reason.
2.3. Exceptions may be considered only in serious circumstances, such as illness or force majeure, supported by documents and reviewed at the discretion of the administration.

3. Refunds for other services

3.1. For individual services, including website development, SEO, consultations and similar work, a refund may be possible if the work has not yet started and the client has notified the provider about cancellation.
3.2. If the work has started but has not been completed, a partial refund may be considered after deducting the cost of the work already performed.
3.3. If the work has been completed and accepted by the customer, refunds are not provided.

4. Refund period

4.1. Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date the refund is agreed and a written request is received.
4.2. Funds are returned using the same payment method that was used for the original payment, where technically possible.
