Format and essence of the service
Training is provided as individual or group support within the selected package: For small business, For growing business or For large projects.
The service includes access to live online lessons, video lessons, individual consultations, ready-made materials and AI prompts. Depending on the package, it may also include homework review, support and strategic work on the project. -
Payment
Training is provided with 100% prepayment.
After payment is confirmed, the client receives an invoice - Faktura - and access to the materials within the agreed timeframe. -
Documents and legal setup
The training service is paid to the account of a Polish sole proprietorship - JDG. After payment, the client receives an official invoice - Faktura. The tax regime and whether VAT is included depends on the client’s country, status, place of service provision and applicable tax rules. -
Access to training
After payment, the client receives access to introductory materials and first lessons immediately. The main part of the program - video lessons, live online lessons and consultations - becomes available after 14 calendar days. This condition follows consumer protection rules in Poland and gives the client time to review the course format and make a final decision. -
Delayed access at the client’s request
The client may pay for the training now and receive access to the materials within 3 months after payment, with the training dates and schedule agreed by both parties in advance. In this case, access to the first lessons is still activated immediately, which is considered the start of service provision.
In accordance with Polish law, if the client agrees to immediate access to digital content and is informed about the loss of the right to withdraw, the right to cancel the service is lost after 14 days, regardless of when the client starts the active part of the training. This also applies to delayed start cases. -
Training language
The training is provided in Russian.
The mentor understands Ukrainian and can answer organisational or clarifying questions when needed. However, the educational part - video lessons, live online lessons and technical explanations - is provided only in Russian. This is necessary to keep the technical information accurate, clear and efficient. -
No certificates
Because the training program is practical, flexible and adapted to the goals of a specific project, no course completion certificate is provided. The main focus is on practical skills, support and results for your project. -
Support and guidance
Each package includes support for an agreed period - from 1 to 3 months - as well as individual consultations for your project, depending on the selected plan: from 5 to 10 requests. Communication takes place through a private chat or video calls. -
Lesson schedule
Training is held according to a schedule convenient for the client. Daytime and evening slots are possible - from 10:00 to 22:00 Poland time - and are agreed individually. -
Cancellation and refund
The client has the right to request a full refund within 14 calendar days after payment, provided that the main part of the program has not been activated. After activation of the main content or after the 14-day period with access to the first materials has passed, refunds are not available, even if the client has not started the active part of the training.
