5.1. The current IDEA-FIX website design was created using a template officially purchased on ThemeForest.net.
5.2. Copyrights to the template belong to its original developer, as stated in the license provided at the time of purchase.
5.3. IDEA-FIX web studio uses this template legally and strictly within the terms of the purchased license.
5.4. All other website content, including texts, structure, logo, brand identity, service descriptions and other materials, is the intellectual property of IDEA-FIX and is protected by copyright law.

6. Use of third-party materials

6.1. In some projects created by IDEA-FIX, external design templates and components purchased on legal platforms, such as ThemeForest, TemplateMonster and others, may be used.
6.2. Copyrights to such templates belong to their original developers, and their use is based on the purchased license.
6.3. IDEA-FIX does not claim exclusive ownership of such templates, but is responsible for their lawful use within the relevant project.
6.4. If rights to a completed website are transferred to the client, the client receives a license to use the template within one project, unless otherwise provided by the license terms.
